Thank you to everyone at Saxon Crown Swimming club who welcomed us on to poolside to chat with swimmers about how to motivate themselves during training, and deal with any nerves during competition. We included our own stories and personal experience to help the swimmers relate. In the pool we focused on Freestyle, and used a variety of different drills to make sure the swimmers focus on important elements of their stroke and breakout. We had many questions from the swimmers after the session, and not only did everyone enjoy themselves, but they learnt something too!

We were happy to visit Red Top a club aimed at all adult swimmers ranging from fitness swimmers, Triathletes, Ironman athletes and open water swimmers. Over our 3 sessions across a range of London pools, including an open air Lido in London Fields, we worked with the swimmers on freestyle technique. The swimmers were introduced to some new drills, technical elements, given pointers and individual feedback and combined with live demonstrations from the Olympic athletes it resulted in an extremely successful 3 day. We received a very warm welcome from Red Top and will be looking to visit them again in the future!

Our second day with Gloucester ASA was another success as we ran through our Starts & Turns Master-class at Millfield School. We had attendees from Bristol Henleaze SC, Bristol Penguins SC, Bristol Central SC, Bishopsworth SC, Severnside SC, Soundwell & SCSouthwold SC. We would like to thank Gloucester ASA for giving us the opportunity to be part of the swimmers improvement and to Millfield School for letting us use their fantastic facilities.
